学校领导团队

 

学校领导团队（SLT）由家长、 学校管理人员和教师组成。它在学校的决策制定和塑造学校合作氛围中起着重要作用。SLT承载着以学校为基础的教育政策，同时确保相应资源配置。秉承合作的态度，SLT协助评估学校教育项目以及对学生发展的影响。 SLT负责设立年度学校综合教育计划（CEP），该计划与学校年度财政预算相关联，并且与家长教师联合会（PTA）合作，确保所有校级委员会向着由CEP设定的同一目标前进。

SLT Meetings take place on Wednesdays from 4:00pm-6:00pm


Members of the school community wishing to attend an SLT meeting must notify one of the Co-chairpersons one week in advance of the meeting. (From Article 3, Section 3 of the SLT bylaws)

There must be a School Leadership Team (SLT) in every New York City Public School. It is not a PTA activity nor a fundraising entity.
